Got a grocery receipt with a full trip on it? Take one photo and every item is added with names, quantities, and prices. You can also scan a recipe — from a photo or a pasted link — or a handwritten shopping list.
Organize items into nested locations — from broad (House → Basement → Storage Room) to specific (Shelf 3 → Red Box). Print a 50×30mm QR label for any shelf or bin, or write a rewritable NFC tag and tap your phone to it to see what's inside.
Color-coded status tells you what's fresh at a glance: green is good, yellow is expiring soon, orange is today, red is expired. Set the alert window anywhere from 1 to 30 days, and track multiple expiration dates per item with batch and lot numbers.
Set a minimum quantity for the items that matter. When stock drops below it, QuantumShelf flags it on the dashboard and adds it to your shopping list automatically — in aisle order on Android, so one pass through the store gets everything.

Projects collect everything a job needs. Track parts and tools against what you own and send the shortfalls to your shopping list, work through nested checklists with a progress bar, and fix any detail in place. Finished? Your data is stored in Google's Firebase infrastructure with encrypted transmission and household data isolation. Only the people you invite can see your inventory. On Apple devices, AI requests go through our secured server, so no AI key ships inside the app and the weekly allowance is enforced on the server.
